The Medical Image Analysis Lab is actively recruiting M.Sc. and Ph.D. students interested in doing their masters or PhD thesis in Medical Image Analysis and Computational Anatomy. The students will work with advanced medical computing algorithms and visualization software and will develop new tools and theories for extracting medically significant data from different medical imaging modalities ,such as Magnetic Resonance (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) and other state-of-the-art exquisite medical data of the human body. Students with interest in medical imaging and backgournd in image processing, computer graphics, computer vision, medicine/biology, and programming in C/C /Matlab, are the most suitable.
